At UV GENZ, we are committed to delivering quality and style. However, if you’re not completely satisfied with your purchase, we offer a simple exchange process subject to the following terms and conditions:

1. Condition of Items

• Items must be returned in original condition with tags intact and no signs of wear or damage.
• Products with removed tags or any visible damage (stains, tears, odour, etc.) will not be accepted for exchange under any circumstances.

2. One-Time Exchange Only

• We offer only one-time exchange per product/order.
• Once exchanged, the item cannot be exchanged again.

3. No Refunds or Cashbacks

• We do not offer refunds, returns, or cashbacks on any purchases made.
• Exchange is only allowed for size issues or incorrect product received, subject to approval and availability.

4. Exchange Window

• You must initiate an exchange request within 7 days of receiving your order.
• Requests made after this period will not be accepted.

5. Shipping for Exchange

• In case of an approved exchange, the customer may be responsible for shipping the item back to our facility.
• UV GENZ will not cover shipping costs unless the product delivered was incorrect or damaged during transit.

6. Final Sale Items

• Items marked as Final Sale, Discounted, or part of special promotional offers are not eligible for exchange.
