4. No Return Policy

• All sales made on UV GENZ are final.
• We do not accept returns on any product, irrespective of reason, to maintain quality and hygiene standards.

5. No Exchange Policy

• We do not allow exchanges for any product, including for size or color issues.
• Each item is subjected to quality checks before shipping.

6. No Cash on Delivery (COD)

• COD is temporarily disabled across all orders.
• Only online prepaid orders will be accepted until further notice.
